The New Normal?

Hei OiC Family:

We have decided to worship together at Bakkehaugen for the foreseeable future! We are going to be together as a church family every week! We hope to see you there.

For those of you who are in a risk group, are feeling ill , or who don’t yet feel safe about meeting others in person, please stay home and stay safe! We will keep posting our videos so that y

We found that we were able to satisfactorily follow the safety regulations and have decided that is the best way forward for our congregation. We still have additional rules to follow in order to comply with the health regulations and keep us all safe.

• There is not a separate children’s service as maintaining distance is too difficult. There will be some coloring pages provided. The children are welcome to stay inside during the entire service or play outside, especially during the sermon if you wish, but there will not be official OiC Kids leadersoutside.
• All attendees will be confidentially registered on site and that information will be destroyed after 14 days.
• The one meter social distancing rule applies and pews have been removed to make that compliance easier. Family units can, of course, sit together.
• There will not be Church Coffee after the service. You can certainly enjoy the sunshine outside afterward, but church will be officially over at the end of the service

For those of you who are in a risk group, are feeling ill, or who don’t yet feel safe about meeting others in person, please stay home and stay safe!  For those that can attend, do know that your health and well-being are of our upmost importance and we are working diligently to make sure our gatherings, follow the recommended guidelines.
