This Sunday, December 8, is our annual Advent Celebration at OiC. We would love you to join us!
All of the events will take place at Bakkehaugen kirke.
Here’s the rundown for the day:
13:30 – Workshops
15:00 – Potluck (bring a dish to share)
16:30 – Service with OiC Kids performance
After the service – Church Coffee
The workshops will take place in various rooms around the church and include Christmas cookie baking, pom-pom creature making and candle rolling. For the potluck dinner, please bring a food item to share. This can be a special Christmas item from your home country, a favorite Norwegian dish, or anything else you please. The kids are really excited for their Christmas performance that will take place near the end of the regular service, so be sure to watch them! To finish our festive day, we will drink a bit of coffee and have some sweets in the dining area after the service.
