On the Sunday after the winter day, we have the OiC Annual Meeting, in which the board and ministry leaders present last year’s results and in which we discuss and take decisions for the coming period; for example, we will elect new board members.
The annual meeting takes place after the service in our church coffee area. The church service will be a bit shorter and of course there will be church coffee 🙂
