Christmas day and New Year’s day fall on Sundays this year. We will continue to have our regular services at Bakkehaugen kirke at 1600h on both days, with an opportunity to come early on New Year’s day to pray before the service.
On Christmas day we’re going to have a living room style service gathered together in the church coffee room, where we’ll sing hymns together, receive a short message, and enjoy warm drinks and snacks during our time of fellowship.
We won’t have a separate children’s program, but there will be a play area upstairs for the kids.
On New Year’s day our service will be focused on fellowship and prayer, where’re we’ll be looking back at 2016 and forward to 2017.
From 1500 to 1600h you’re invited to arrive early for an opportunity for prayer amongst several prayer stations.
At 1600h our service will begin, and it will be focused on prayer, testimonies, and contemplation.
