Torchlight and TV Campaign

Torchlight
This Thursday, October 18th, churches in Oslo are gathering together in solidarity for persecuted Christians. As believers of Christ, we belong to the worldvide community of Christians, and it is important to remember and support our brothers and sisters that are living under difficult conditions.

The main focus this year is Christians in Iraq, Egypt and Syria, areas where a lot is happening, with the revolution and civil war among other things. So we will gather to give our prayers and support for the Christians in these areas.

At 5 pm: gathering in front of Oslo Domkirke
At 6 pm: torchlight to Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Appeals by Jonas Gahr Støre and pastor Andreas Hegertun.

Bring warm clothes and money for torches. Do not worry because the program is in Norwegian, someone from OiC can translate for you!
